The Formation Team will interview rector candidates and make selections. 1. Happening rectors should be in their junior or senior year at the time of the event. 2. Being a Rector will place a significant demand on your time. 3. There may be several meetings prior to the weekend that will require travel to meet with the Formation Team and your co-rector(s). 4.
